IP & Indemnity: You retain ownership of raw text (granting us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free derivative licence); PARK & CURE owns all refined outputs and diagnostic frameworks. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PARK & CURE from any claims arising from: your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, your violation of any third-party rights, or any unlawful use of the service.
Liability Ceiling: Total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the amount paid for the specific service or $100 USD (whichever is lower). Zero liability for emotional distress, existential dread, or life decisions.
Arbitration (HKIAC): Disputes require mandatory 30-day good-faith negotiation via [email protected], then non-binding mediation (HK SAR, in English), failing which disputes proceed to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English (HK SAR). NO CLASS ACTIONS. NO JURY TRIALS.
